A W2 drop retails around $50. The split is fixed and transparent:

• Production (blank + print): $15
• Game / activation reserve: $12.50
• Mr.Host platform core: $10
• Target operator margin: $12.50 per approved drop

One simple rule: the more drops your country sells, the more your local operation earns.

• From $7,500 to open the door.

Growth — for serious local operators with creators and ad budget.

• From $25,000 to open the door.

Exclusive — for national partners who want territory rights.

• From $75,000 + an agreed quarterly target. Exclusivity is conditional on hitting it.

A localized W2 constructor, your country domain, a local landing page, the ShopLink / QR / Signal game flow, HuntMap and voice entry where supported, fulfillment integration, and an operator dashboard (orders, drops sold, top words, conversion, traffic, fulfillment status, settlement).

What stays with Mr.Host

Backend and order truth, payment confirmation, user profiles, QR / ShopLink / Signal logic, the game economy, HFF render contract, fulfillment standards, security and platform rules. You get a configured market layer — never a copy of the core.

Checkout models

• A — Mr.Host checkout: fastest, cleanest. Customer pays through the approved checkout.
• B — Partner checkout (signed): your local checkout; a signed server-to-server confirmation tells Mr.Host the order is paid. No frontend-only "paid".
• C — Hybrid: local payment methods; Mr.Host controls final order creation and fulfillment release.

Operator agreement — key terms

• Parties: CÔNG TY TNHH SHOPLINK (platform) and the country operator (partner).
• Grant: a right to operate the W2 constructor in the named market — conditionally exclusive only at the Exclusive tier.
• Settlement: per-approved-drop commercial settlement; period and currency per the agreement. Operator margin and platform core as illustrated above.
• No payment authority: the operator cannot mark orders paid; only Mr.Host (or a signed webhook) confirms payment.
• IP: all W2, QR, Signal, render and platform IP stay with Mr.Host; the operator gets a limited license for the term.
• Compliance: the operator follows local advertising, consumer-protection, tax and promotion law. Commercial settlement is separate from the in-game GBT economy.
• Term & termination: fixed term with renewal; termination for breach, non-payment or missed targets.
• Governing law: as set in the agreement (default: Vietnam).
