By uploading a phrase/image for a drop or posting content on the platform, you confirm you hold the necessary rights and grant the platform a limited licence to use the content to produce the order, operate the service and promote within the platform.

Prohibited content

Third-party trademarks, brands and copyrighted works without rights; offensive, unlawful or misleading content; material infringing third-party rights or the law.

Platform rights

The W2 brands, logos, design, fonts, software and platform materials belong to the operator/rightholders and may not be used without permission. The W2 logo (application No. 4-2026-21810) and the Mr.Host figure (application No. 4-2026-21812) are trademark applications of CÔNG TY TNHH SHOPLINK, filed in Class 25 with the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam on 15 May 2026.

Infringement complaints

Rightholders may submit an infringement notice via the operator contact; the platform reviews notices and, on confirmation, removes/blocks the content.
