Production and timelines

A drop is a made-to-order item (DTG print per your customization). The timeline = production time + carrier delivery time. Estimates are shown at checkout; they are not a strict guarantee and may change due to production and carrier load.

Regions and cost

Delivery is to supported regions. Cost and available carriers depend on the address and are shown before payment.

Shipping address

The user is responsible for address correctness. An incorrect/incomplete address may cause delays or return of the parcel; re-shipping may require a surcharge.

Tracking

After handover to the carrier, a tracking number is provided (where available). Statuses appear in the profile.

Delivery damage

Report packaging/item damage on receipt to support with photos within a reasonable time — see the Refund & Return Policy.
