Reward & Prize Pool Policy

The clans that fill the Prize Pool the most, win the Prize Pool.

1. Where the Pool comes from

Every valid ShopLink sale sends a flat 5% of the product subtotal into the seasonal Prize Pool (shipping, taxes and podium purchases never count). The company may add a published seasonal seed to start the season. The Pool is tracked in money terms and displayed in GBT (100 GBT = $1).

2. Seasons

One named quarterly season per region with explicit start/end dates (e.g. VN-2026-SUMMER). While a season is live the console shows the LIVE Pool, your clan's rank, its hunted sales and its Estimated Prize.

3. Ranking

Clan Score = the $ volume of valid ShopLink sales hunted through the clan's link this season. Repeat buyers keep adding volume. Ties are resolved deterministically: earlier to reach the score → more unique valid buyers → earlier ShopLink activation.

4. Distribution

At season close the Top-3 clans split the Pool 50% / 30% / 20% (fewer winners → weights normalize: one winner takes 100%; two take 62.5% / 37.5%). Each clan's prize is divided equally among its active buyer-members of that season. The Clan Owner does not take a member share — the owner already earns the Owner reward on every hunted sale. Distribution is automatic; results and prizes are final once the season is closed.

5. Valid orders only

An order counts when: bought through someone else's active ShopLink, contains a physical drop, payment confirmed, the buyer's email verified, and it is not cancelled or fully refunded. Partial refunds reduce the contribution and the Clan Score proportionally.

6. Reversals

During the season: refunds and chargebacks reverse the related Pool contribution and Clan Score, and rankings recompute. After the season closes: rankings stay historically frozen; late reversals claw back distributed GBT pro-rata from recipients.

7. Anti-abuse

Self-purchases, fake accounts, duplicate or test orders and payment abuse never enter the Pool or the ranking. See “Fair Play & Anti-Fraud Policy”.
