Refund & Return Policy

1. Core rule

Every drop is personalised (your phrase/design + your personal QR) and made to order, so it is not returnable for "change of mind", per the custom-goods exemption. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law are unaffected.

2. When we replace or refund

When the fault is ours: wrong size/colour vs the confirmed order; print or manufacturing defect; unreadable or non-working QR; the parcel lost in transit. Contact support@mrhost.asia within 7 days of delivery with photos — we reprint or refund.

3. What a refund does to the game (ECONOMY CANON)

• A refund proportionally reverses the order's game effects: Hunter GBT, Owner GBT, the Prize-Pool contribution and the Clan Score volume. A full refund reverses them fully; balances may temporarily go negative.
• A fully refunded drop stops counting as a qualifying purchase: podium activity is recomputed; if it was your first activation drop and no other paid drop exists, your ShopLink returns to reserved and your clan is suspended until the next valid drop.
• A fully refunded podium purchase does not keep the rank (see "Podium Terms").
• After a season closes, rankings stay frozen; late refunds and chargebacks claw back distributed GBT pro-rata.

4. How to request

support@mrhost.asia · order number + photos. Refunds go back to the original payment method within the provider's timelines.
