Data categories and subjects

Subjects are platform users (buyers, players, subscribers). Categories: account, game, order, payment, technical and communication data (see the Privacy Policy).

Principles

Lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation, minimisation, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity and confidentiality.

Consent

Where consent is the basis (marketing, optional cookies, certain AI features), it is collected explicitly and may be withdrawn at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Cross-border transfer

Where data is transferred outside Vietnam (hosting, AI providers, payment systems), contractual and technical safeguards apply as required by law.

Security

Encryption in transit, access controls, logging and incident response. A breach affecting data-subject rights is notified to the competent authorities and affected individuals within the statutory timeframe.

Rights and requests

A subject may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and may lodge a complaint. Response time is within the period set by law.
