Creator & Seller Status (Signal distribution)

Version: 1.0 · Effective date: June 2026

This document removes the risk of "agency"/"employment"/MLM relationships.

1. Who a Signal owner is

A user who wears/distributes their Signal (QR/ShopLink) acts on their own behalf as a game participant. They are NOT: an employee, worker, agent, representative, distributor or partner of the company.

2. What is prohibited to claim

A Signal owner may not: promise others income, profit, guaranteed earnings or payouts; represent the company; conclude deals or give guarantees on the platform's behalf; use the words "referral program", "passive income", "investment", "business opportunity".

3. Nature of game accruals

Any accruals to a Signal owner are in-game (GBT) for Signal-activation game events, not wages, a commission or an intermediary's reward. They are subject to the gate, limits and compliance.

4. Responsibility

A Signal owner is solely responsible for their public statements and for complying with advertising and consumer-protection law; for breaches the platform may restrict participation and void accruals.

5. Taxes

If any scenario gives rise to taxable events, the recipient bears responsibility for taxes unless otherwise lawfully arranged; the platform may request/withhold/transmit tax information as required by law.

This document is part of the public platform rules. Where translations differ, the Vietnamese version prevails.
