Your rights
You have consumer rights under Vietnamese law, including the right to accurate information about the product/service, price and terms, and to consideration of claims.
How to file a complaint
A request is sent to support with a description of the problem, the order number and supporting materials. We acknowledge receipt and review the request within a reasonable time.
Stages
1. Logging the request. 2. Review (including anti-fraud where applicable). 3. Decision: replacement, refund, accrual correction or a reasoned refusal. 4. If you disagree — escalation and, if necessary, recourse to the competent consumer-protection authorities.
Game disputes
Disputes over activations, GBT and rewards are reviewed against the game ledger and anti-fraud checks; incorrect accruals may be voided.
