AI Services Terms & AI Safety

Purpose

AI agents (Mr.Host, Liza and others) help with product navigation, the game, ordering and support. Some features may be available on paid Podium tiers (e.g. LisaGPT from the Gold tier).

Limits and nature of replies

AI replies may be incomplete/inaccurate and are not professional (legal, financial, medical) advice. Decisions based on AI replies are made at the user's own risk.

Safety

It is prohibited to use the AI services for unlawful purposes, to bypass protections, or to generate harmful, fraudulent or prohibited content. The platform applies safety measures and may restrict access on abuse.

Data and providers

To run the agents, requests may be processed by third-party AI providers under contractual safeguards. Do not share confidential data with the agents.

Voice and media

Voice/media features (voice-over, image/video generation) are provided "as is"; rights to source material and output are governed by the "User Content & IP Policy".
