An agent runs the store. The crowd carries the signal.
W2 / Mr.Host is agent-native commerce: choose a word, wear it on a drop, and walk out with a personal QR that turns the product into a living, trackable Signal. One AI core runs the catalog, the creation, the factory, the support and the game — so reach scales while the team does not.
1. The thesis
Commerce is run by people — merchandising, content, support, ops. That payroll is the ceiling that stops most brands from going global. We took the ceiling out: one agent does the work of those teams, and the product does the marketing — every drop is a Signal that recruits the next buyer. Software margins on a physical-goods loop.
2. From a word to a worldwide signal
The whole journey is one automated rail — no human between a click and a shipped, trackable product:
- Choose a product and a word — your intent, your phrase.
- Preview the drop with the W2 heart and a personal QR / game key.
- Pay in VietQR, USDT or card. The Signal is minted (
qr_token· ShopLink). - Bind — post-payment rail: paid state, user binding, email, dispatch.
- Make — HFF compiles a print-ready package; POD / factory produces it.
- Spread — you get the drop + ShopLink. Others scan, join, buy, repeat.
Every step above is built and running today. The hard engineering — payment binding, Signal minting, render-to-factory — is done, not promised.
3. The agent core
Not a chatbot bolted onto a store. The agent is the operating system — every surface routes through it: Sell (catalog & checkout), Create (design & factory), Grow (Signal & game), Care (support & ops), Media (Media Forge images/voice/video), Pay (GPay & ledger).
Two faces of one agent. Outward, it is the user's guide — one simple step at a time. Inward, it is Core3, the founder's cockpit: orders, payments, missing Signals, factory errors, game events, GBT outbox and HuntMap activity, with safe actions suggested. Ops as software, not headcount.
One simple action up front, four engines underneath: Agent leads the user · Backend leads the order truth · HFF leads production · UCO leads the game & economy.
4. How a Signal spreads
The product is the marketing. No ad budget needed to move the next unit:
- Buy a drop — a physical item printed with your word and a personal QR. Your Signal is born.
- Wear it · share it — the QR lives in the world; the ShopLink lives in chat. Every scan is a new node on the map.
- Someone buys through it — your Signal activates and the loop repeats with a new owner. Growth is structural, not paid.
Rewards are an in-game mechanic — one edge deep, no multi-level depth — designed to read as a game, never a referral or income scheme.
5. What's already live
A working system, not a deck: a live platform (web, mobile, app + standalone constructor + agents in Telegram & Zalo); an automatic order → factory rail (design to print-ready package); the Signal & Hunt Game viral rail (personal QR + ShopLink attribution, activation graph, HuntMap, live economy); multi-persona AI (Mr.Host, Liza) with voice and media; the GPay rail (VietQR, USDT, cards); and GChat.
6. One core, six worlds
The same agent and Signal rail extend into every category people gather around: Hunt (live) · Meet · Eat · Play · Escape · Heal (next).
7. The shape of the numbers
*Drop in current figures before sharing — everything else is structural and already true.*
- Drops shipped: [ to fill ]
- Signals activated: [ to fill ]
- Agent vs. ops headcount: ≈ one team inside one core
- Markets reachable: [ to fill ]
8. How it makes money
Several lines on one rail: drop margin (made-to-order, low return, zero inventory risk); premium & limited drops (founder/city/creator); Podium subscriptions (recurring, software margin); agent & media services (LisaGPT, voice, Media Forge); creator & brand campaigns; and the GPay flow as a monetisable transaction surface.
Illustrative model, not a forecast or a promise of returns.
9. The ask
We're raising to turn a working agent core into the global default for physical-social commerce.
- Investment is in equity / SAFE in the operating company — a clean, conventional structure.
- Capital goes to: new markets, agent & Media Forge depth, factory partnerships, and the team around the core.
- GBT is a closed-loop in-game utility — not a security, not currency, and not the investment. The token stays a game mechanic and is never offered to investors.
- Prize and reward mechanics ship only under per-round official rules and local compliance review.
